Emerald Haunt Original Watercolor Bookmarks

The ghosts are back! 👻

After the first set of haunted forest bookmarks sold so quickly—and several people told me they wanted the little peeking and waving ghosts—I knew I had to paint another haunted forest.

For this set, I painted a glowing teal and emerald forest as one larger original watercolor, added seven tiny ghosts hiding among the trees, and then cut the finished painting into six individual bookmarks. Each bookmark is a different section of the same forest, and each ghost has its own little personality. One bookmark even has a second tiny ghost hiding deeper in the woods.

Because these are cut from one larger painting, each bookmark is completely unique and the six can be lined back up to recreate the original scene.

The backs are also hand-painted with a coordinating watercolor wash, and each bookmark is signed by me. They're finished with coordinating tassels and sealed on both sides with Dorland's Wax Medium for added protection while preserving the natural texture of the watercolor paper.
